Regarding the KYC System Update that we informed customers about around 12:00 (UTC +0:00) on June 26th, We have confirmed a glitch and are putting this update on hold.

Currently, the KYC authentication status is back to what it was before the update.
There is no action required by customers in this regard.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

However, due to improve AML (Anti Money Laundering) and security with the standards of the cryptocurrency industry, an update of the KYC system at Sherolex is required.

We will contact you shortly regarding the KYC system update.

In addition, we have made it impossible to register a new KYC.
